Initial Therapy Appointment:  $150

Group Therapy

Group Sessions: $50

Psychological Testing/Evaluations:

Psychologist

Educational or Diagnostic Testing Evaluations:  depending on the nature of the diagnostic question and extent of evaluation can range from $800 to $3500.  Initial evaluation, consultation, and planning session is billed at standard initial rate of $200.

*Prism Psychology does not conduct any type of forensic evaluations which means any evaluation that is ordered by any legal entity including custody or disability evaluations.

Bridge To Independence Program

Adult Bridge to Independence/Intensive Outpatient Program:

Monthly rate: $3500

Adolescent Bridge to Independence/Intensive Outpatient Program:

Monthly rate: $2500

***Sliding Scale Rates***

Prism is committed to increasing access to effective, affordable mental health care. To this end, we offer sliding scale rates with our therapy interns.   Please note that these sliding scale services are not typically reimbursable by your insurance provider and applies to individual therapy only (not psychological evaluations or couples, family, or group therapy). After discussing your specific financial circumstances and the completion of our application, we will work collaboratively to provide options for adjusting our rates.  These rates are not available with our licensed providers. 

For household incomes:

$40,000 or less:        $50
$40,000-60,000:     $75
$60,000-80,000:     $100
More than $80,000:  $125 (not eligible for sliding scale, full rate only)
