Meet our team

Chris Laviola, PsyD
Psychologist

I work with people of all ages and particularly enjoy helping people with key life transitions and events that we experience throughout the lifespan. Significant life events whether personal or external impact us and if we have experienced trauma or mental health issues that just makes navigating these all the more difficult. I believe in a strength-based approach that is affirming and solution-focused. My years of experience in various aspects of treatment allows me to be comfortable assisting my clients with a wide variety of problems and backgrounds. This has helped me to see that an integrative approach is most effective. The step of reaching out for help can be extremely difficult and takes courage. We are committed to creating a welcoming, accepting, healing environment. Also, although we take our work very seriously, we also try to bring lightness, humor, and celebrate the joy in recovery as well.

Shiana Fowler, MSW

Primary Therapist

Shiana is committed to working with people of all ages.

For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated with what makes people 'tick'. Combined with my strong sense of justice and compassion for human suffering, I recently pursued a master's in clinical social work. The heart of my approach is my belief that human relationships are central to both individual and societal well-being. Navigating issues such as effective communication, accurate self-image, healthy personal boundaries, and finding security in an uncertain world are important to my work.

Shiana grew up in the beautiful Wenatchee Valley. She loves activities in the outdoors, including birdwatching, hiking, and off-road rock-crawling.

Graham Husick, PsyD

Post-doctoral Psychological Assistant

I specialize in Psychological Assessment, helping patients answer questions they have about their minds and relationships. I can help test for a range of conditions and syndromes, and I try to understand the entire scope of the person as much as anything that ails them. My assessments lead to effective suggestions and concrete "next steps," helping people achieve the most success in treatment.
I also work in both individual and couples therapy, utilizing a treatment method with over 100 years of development and research. My approach to therapy focuses on understanding each person as a unique individual, rather than just a diagnosis or list of "problems." This allows us to develop a personalized treatment plan appropriate just for them. Reach out today and let's see how I might be able to help you

Kitt Campbell

Primary Therapist  Intern

Kitt is a graduate student in Counseling and is excited to learn how to support our clinical team and patients as they move out into the community.

Growing up in this community and having a diverse background and interests, she brings additional insight and perspective into what can be accomplished and the variety of paths to follow from a career, academic, or recreational perspective.

Eric Klobetanz

Primary Therapist - Intern

Through collaborative effort, healing and thriving are possible. Happiness is possible. Yet, there are many adverse events, conditions, and circumstances that make healing, happiness, and thriving seem out of reach. Together, we can work to gain insight, accept what we cannot change, and discern a path forward. I am grateful for the opportunity to help others re-orient themselves with their minds in a way that makes them look forward to life and all it has to offer.

I do not believe in the application of any single therapeutic approach or orientation. Instead, I like to think of these as different lenses through which we conceptualize what happens, how it happens, and why we behave or react in response. We’ll work together to use the right tool, in the right way, at the right time, though an integrative process. The techniques I find useful in many circumstances come from a blend of psychodynamic theories and third-wave behavioral approaches like acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions (MBIs).
